The OMOL Mentoring Program provides mentors who promote and support positive growth among underprivileged/at-risk youth by preparing and empowering them to become catalyst for positive social change. 5 EssentialsThere are 5 essentials to success and we believe that development of each of the elements will produce a strong and successful black man.

Get Involved...The program operates solely on the generosity of volunteers such as the mentors and families of the boys/young men we serve. We are always seeking motivated individuals to help raise the next generation of black men.
