My Bio...
I am the founder of the One More One Less mentoring program.
I currently work for the Baltimore City Public Schools, where I spent 9 years in the classroom as a Computer teacher. In my current position, I function as a district wide technology instructional support to schools and central office personnel. I am a member of the Pastoral team at the Temple of Prayer Holiness Assembly, where I serve as the Assistant Pastor, youth pastor and Sunday School teacher to the Adult Sunday School class. I have resided in the Northwest Baltimore area for over 20 years. My wife and I are proudly raising four children in Baltimore City.
The One More One Less Mentoring program was birth out of a desire to make a difference in my community. It became evident to me very early in my career that many of our most influential black role models have exodus the City lines, leaving a void to be filled. Many of our young black males only see the negative side of living in the black community through the violence that plagues our streets. Through this mentoring program, our boys are introduced to the many positive aspects of our community.
I consider it a great pleasure to serve this community and work with a great group of committed volunteers who give their time and money to the program. My hope is that each boy successfully completes the program, excels and become a positive role model in their respective community.
